wine making yeast
Is there any work of yeast in wine making?

"It would make yeast bread wine or must be otherwise? Thanks.

All will make the wine yeast of a species. If you want something worth drinking, get a real wine yeast, such as Montrachet or Champagne. Those will cost less than one pound per package. Almost not worth skimping on a very important ingredient. The bread is yeast, umm, bred to produce large amounts of carbon dioxide and very little alcohol. You want the opposite.

Does The Type Of Yeast You Use Make A Difference?
