making wine
Can I use distilled water when making homemade wine?

distilled water used in a lot of wine and then read somewhere random distilled water the wine is a "no, no."

If you are making wine fom fruit concentrate. (What sounds like you mean) concentrate fruits provide all the nutrients needed. And if you use tap water, boiling is not a bad idea. Not because there are many possibilities of bacteria that affect wine but to remove the chlorine, which inhibit yeast cc and disseminate an off flavor.

Making wine is painful work
