making white wine
Can you make white wine by letting the juice made from crushed green grapes to ferment with nothing added?

I've seen a lot of recipes white wine, and they all call for acid mixture, sugar, pectic enzyme, yeast nutrient, and so on. I can do a pretty Light wine means without any added ingredients? I can deal with the addition of sugar, but nothing to make me leave the house to look for specific ingredients can be tossed. Is it possible to make wine this way?

You have to have yeast. And you can make wine from any fruit. I have a tree in my yard Mullberry to prepare a delicious wine. But sorry, yeast is very important.
