question about homemade / home brewed wine?
i made some homemade wine and its been fermenting about a week, its definately alcoholic but its horribly horribly sour, what could be the reason for this and is there any way of making it less sour?
Actually the guy is right. You got spoilage in your wine. Try to use a sulfur compound prior to fermentation next time.
